1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Legal 1031 Exchange Services LLC is a successful and growing company specializing in Qualified Intermediary services for IRC §1031 tax-deferred (like-kind) exchanges. We serve as an independent third party in real estate transactions, structuring exchanges to qualify for tax deferral and acting as the escrow agent for exchange proceeds. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist our management team at our Woodbury, Long Island location. We foster a collaborative, collegial, and supportive work environment and value continuous learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for two-person management team Maintain licensing for various continuing education classes nationwide Input client information and notes into customer relationship management database Prepare and ship marketing information to company sales representatives Provide bookkeeping backup to the banking team Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, particularly Word and Excel Professional demeanor with strong client service and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, title, tax, accounting, or financial services is a plus, but not a requirement
