Job Description

Administrative Assistant At Mountain Valley Hospice, our work is deeply personal. We serve patients and families during some of life's most difficult moments, and the people supporting our operations play an important role in that experience. We are seeking a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to provide support to senior leaders and help ensure operational excellence across the organization. This is not an entry-level clerical role. We are looking for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a professional environment where discretion, communication, and follow-through are essential. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to senior leaders and organizational departments Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and departmental coordination Prepare professional correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Assist with project coordination, tracking, and follow-up Maintain organized records, documentation, and administrative systems Communicate professionally with staff, patients, families, vendors, and community partners Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Support day-to-day operations and help ensure departments function efficiently What We're Looking For Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior experience supporting leaders or executives preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Why Mountain Valley?
