Legal Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Paralegal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education The Marketing Compliance Reviewer is responsible for reviewing proposed marketing and advertising content developed by marketing teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. This role focuses on consumerfacing materials related to financial products and services and serves as a key control to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. This role evaluates content for compliance with consumer protection requirements including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and principles articulated by federal banking regulators, including unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) standards. They should have familiarity with what is required to comply with the consumer protection and marketing laws

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
