Debt Collectors International is a B2B commercial debt collection agency. We help businesses recover money they are owed — and we do it on a no-recovery, no-fee basis. We are growing fast, our team is expanding, and we need an administrative professional who can keep up with us. Our administrative team is the backbone of everything we do. Sales reps close deals — you make sure everything behind those deals runs without a hitch. Clients call in — you are the first voice they hear. Payments come in — you process them accurately and fast. Data needs to be updated — you own it. You are not a background role here. You are essential.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Payment Processing Process inbound payments over the phone including e-checks and credit card transactions — accurately, every time Verify payment information, issue confirmations, and update account records immediately Handle payment disputes and discrepancies with professionalism and precision Inbound Call Handling Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from clients, debtors, and business partners Route calls to the appropriate team member quickly and accurately Provide account status updates, answer general questions, and take detailed messages Remain calm, professional, and effective when handling difficult or frustrated callers Client Communication & Updates Serve as a point of contact for existing clients — update them on account activity, payment status, and next steps Coordinate with the collections and sales team to relay time-sensitive information Follow up on outstanding items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Bilingual communication with Spanish-speaking clients is a significant advantage in this role Data Entry & CRM Management Maintain complete and accurate records in our CRM — same-day entry required, no exceptions Update client accounts, payment records, and account notes with speed and accuracy Pull and organize reports for management on a regular basis Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping support Administrative & Office Support Support leadership and department managers with day-to-day administrative needs Maintain digital and physical filing systems — organized, accessible, and current Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and report generation Support the onboarding process for new hires — setup, paperwork, and coordination Maintain office supplies and ensure administrative resources are always available Assist in scheduling meetings and managing team calendarsWHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY REQUIRES

✔ Administrative professionals with 2+ years of office or administrative support experience ✔ Bilingual candidates — English and Spanish fluency strongly preferred ✔ People who have worked in a high-volume, fast-paced environment — call centers, collections offices, busy sales floors, legal offices, medical offices ✔ Detail-oriented multitaskers who do not lose accuracy when the pace picks up ✔ Strong communicators — professional, clear, and composed on every call ✔ Tech-proficient candidates — Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, and payment processing platforms ✔ Self-starters who do not need to be told twice and take initiative without being asked ✔ People who take pride in being the most organized person in the roomREQUIREMENTS
2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience Experience handling inbound phone calls in a professional setting — required Experience processing payments over the phone — strongly preferred CRM or database experience — required (Zoho experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple simultaneous tasks Ability to work onsite in Maitland, FL Monday-Friday — required Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy sales environment — requiredJob Type:
