A dynamic and growing property management organization located in Oak Brook is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its team in a fully onsite capacity. This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $50,000-$58,000, depending on experience level, along with free onsite parking and exceptional long-term growth potential within the company. This role follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with the possibility of an 8:30 AM start time, and is ideal for a dependable and professional individual who values punctuality, accountability, and being an integral part of a collaborative office environment. In this role, you will support a busy property management team through a variety of administrative, tenant-facing, and financial coordination responsibilities including managing spreadsheets, uploading invoices, handling correspondence, and serving as a polished first point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders. Administrative Assistant:
Support daily administrative operations for the property management team in a fast-paced corporate office environment Serve as a professional and responsive first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and financial documentation with strong attention to detail Upload invoices, assist with financial tracking, and support administrative accounting-related tasks as needed Manage a high volume of emails and correspondence while ensuring timely and professional communication Maintain organized office records, files, and operational documentation with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate multiple priorities and responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative and professional office environment Qualifications of the
Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Previous internship, administrative, office, customer service, or corporate experience preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent fully onsite schedule Motivated and adaptable professional with a strong work ethic and desire to grow within the organization B-3
