Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking skills. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive work environment while providing exceptional administrative support to our C.E.O. In addition to administrative tasks you would be responsible running errands for the C.E.O. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative processes Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the Famous program (unique to the produce industry) for various administrative tasks such as reports, spreadsheets, and bookkeeping Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients or visitors with inquiries and offering support via phone or in person Support office management tasks such as maintaining organized filing systems Assist with personal assistant responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless office operations Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, with a strong background in office management and customer support Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy skills Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and callers Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will make a real impact! Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
