Job Description:

Temp to perm Administrative Assistant needed for busy Legal department in Boston Financial Services firm. In this role you will provides administrative support which includes; calendar management, travel coordination, and production of contracts and other legal materials. This is a dynamic and fast paced group that needs someone who can juggle various responsibilities and meet tight deadlines! . The ideal candidate for the role will have an undergraduate degree, with at least three to four years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment. Legal experience a plus! Strong in MS Outlook, Word and Teams with advanced Excel skills. Experience with calendar management and virtual meeting platforms preferred. Must be able to effectively interact with a wide array of employees and clients. Be flexible, reliable, and an enthusiastic team player with a positive demeanor. 3-4 days in office and salary $38.00-42.00 per hour.
