The Opportunity We are working with a premier, full-service Private Equity firm in the Greater Boston area seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to its senior management team. This is a dynamic role for a polished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced investment environment and possesses the ability to anticipate the needs of partners and senior leadership. What You'll Do Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointment scheduling, and handle all domestic and international travel arrangements for senior partners. Prepare and maintain detailed expense reports with a high degree of accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for the office, answering and directing calls with discretion and professional judgment. Assist with the planning and organization of various company meetings, events, and onsite catering. Provide general administrative support, including office supply management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Be accessible to support scheduling changes or travel needs outside of standard business hours as required by the firm's dynamic deal flow. What You Need toSucceed Experience:
2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Vice President or Managing Director level within finance, professional services, or a similar high-stakes environment. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently. You must be forward-looking and capable of making sound, independent decisions. Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. A high standard of accuracy and follow-through on all administrative support tasks.
