Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with HR experience to support daily office operations and assist the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service Manage incoming and outgoing mail Maintain office supplies and coordinate meeting/lunch arrangements Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations File and organize employee records and confidential documents Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork Support benefits administration and employee communications Process and audit payroll timecards Schedule interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems Provide general administrative support to HR and management
