Job Description

The Resiliency Center is a small private practice looking to expand and find compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Full-time therapist will be provided with a furnished office space and given the opportunity to create their own schedule for in-person or Telehealth services. Providers may create a schedule that works with their personal or family needs. All expenses, including insurance billing and credentialing are provided by the agency. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Complete thorough and medically necessary documentation within 48 hours of each session. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Maintain thorough records of client meetings and progress. Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality. Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards. Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis reporting. Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting is highly desirable. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LISW, LPCC, LMFT or equivalent). Please note, you must hold a license to practice independently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and collaboration. Maintain thorough records of client meetings and progress.
