Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Community Support 21275 Lodge Road, New Caney, TX 77357 $13.50 - $14.50 an hour - Full-time $13.50 - $14.50 an hour - Full-time Overview Administrative Assistant will provide daily operational and administrative support to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and flex in to help the cleaning team when needed. This role is designed to assist with high-traffic afternoon hours, support member communication, manage routine admin. tasks to help improve office efficiency, workflow consistency, and help clean/turnover units as needed. This is a flexible support role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable helping wherever needed. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in to support both office operations and property presentation. Responsibilities
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as directed by the Property Manager
  • Answer phones, emails and assist residents/guests professionally
  • Help organize / scan files, paperwork, and office supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and shared community spaces
  • Assist with light cleaning duties for units/turnovers as needed
  • Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Help prepare units or common areas for tours, inspections, or events
  • Responsible for helping take customers on tours of the community
  • Provide guidance and explain options to accommodate guest needs
  • Ensure guest reservations are accurate and consistent with company policies
  • Enforce park rules & lease compliance
  • Engage with guests to foster a relationship, and to communicate and follow-through on requests
  • Communicate with all departments and escalate any issues as necessary
  • Submit work orders to proper departments as needed Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with office management duties such as filing, scanning, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse community members Positive attitude and willingness to help in multiple areas Reliable transportation preferred Ability to work independently and stay productive Prior office, customer service, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus Must be able to remain in a stationary position if cleaning team support is not needed Provide quality guest interactions with consistent upbeat, fun, and energetic personality at all times Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Can handle issues as they arise and take quick action to resolve them Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Required to work weekends (Every other Saturday) Join us as an Administrative Assistant / Community Support team member to make a meaningful impact through exceptional service delivery while developing your professional skills in a vibrant setting.
