We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who can maintain a high level of professionalism and manage interactions with team members and clients effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Office Management:
As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with scanning and maintaining receipt copies to ensure accurate and organized financial records. This includes collecting physical receipts, meticulously scanning each receipt into our digital system, and categorizing them appropriately for easy retrieval. You will ensure that each scanned receipt is legible and properly indexed, adhering to company protocols for document management. It is crucial to maintain confidentiality and security of all financial documents, complying with data protection and privacy standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining an efficient and reliable receipt management system..Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.Document Management:
Download, review, and organize documents and reports. Maintain digital filing system.Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues as they arise, demonstrating resourcefulness and effective communication skills.What We Offer:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities. Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer for scheduled hours.
