Optical Receptionist

Hire Immediately As a Family Vision team member it is pertinent that you provide prompt, courteous service to patients both on the phone or in person, it is essential to be able to multitask while in this position. You will be Checking patients in and out while verifying insurances and scheduling appointments, along with daily duties. Job Duties Ensure high quality customer service. Ensure proper patient flow Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Obtain and document information from the insurance company Prepare patient charts Schedule and confirm appointments Keep reception area tidy and presentable

Position Requirements:

Customer service experience a plus but not required Professional attitude and appearance Strong customer service skills Effective interpersonal skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasker Time management and prompt attendance required Excellent organizational skills Must be a team player and supportive of fellow staff members Benefits Benefits include Vision benefits, accrual of sick time PTO; more details upon interview.
