Pemberton Training Center Resumes Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent computer proficiency, and experience handling HR files, auditing processes, and administrative operations. This individual must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support multiple workflows simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize employee and HR files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Conduct audits and reviews of documentation, records, and compliance materials Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure completion of assigned tasks Support administrative and operational processes across departments Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Utilize various computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms efficiently Prepare reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation as needed Communicate professionally with staff, leadership, and external contacts Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing documentation and follow through to resolution Assist with process improvement and workflow organization Qualifications High school diploma required College education preferred Previous administrative, HR, compliance, auditing, or office support experience required Strong computer and technology skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital systems Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and accuracy is required Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is proactive and dependable Learns quickly and adapts easily Can manage multiple moving parts without losing organization Takes initiative and follows through independently Has strong problem-solving skills Works efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Add benefits language and other statements that are required.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
