What You'll Do Operate with a high level of autonomy, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives, prioritizing critical meetings and resolving conflicts with a strong understanding of business priorities and impact. Partner cross-functionally to support business updates, communications, and operational priorities, fostering strong relationships across teams and levels. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and effective follow-through on action items. Arrange domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and delivering a seamless experience across multiple leaders. Leverage tools and technology, including AI and core administrative systems, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and organized experience for new team members. Handle expense reporting with accuracy, timeliness, and strong attention to detail. Who You Are Experience supporting multiple senior leaders, with the ability to manage competing priorities and protect executive time. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess competing demands and make sound decisions. Proactive approach to anticipating needs, taking initiative, and solving problems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to build alignment and work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with comfort leveraging technology and AI tools to drive efficiency.
