[$XX-$XX per hour or annual salary] About the Role I'm a DJ, music producer, and business owner seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal & Business Assistant. You'll help manage the moving parts of my day-to-day life and professional work, allowing me to stay focused on music, performances, and growing the business. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, respects confidentiality, and is comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may occasionally include evenings, weekends, or travel connected to performances and events. Key Responsibilities Business and professional support Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, studio sessions, performances, and travel Organize emails, documents, contacts, receipts, and digital files Communicate professionally with venues, promoters, collaborators, vendors, and other contacts Track deadlines, invoices, expenses, payments, and administrative tasks Assist with event, release, content, and project coordination Research services, products, venues, travel options, and business opportunities Prepare itineraries, checklists, notes, and basic reports Follow up on outstanding tasks and help keep projects moving Personal support Coordinate appointments, reservations, errands, deliveries, and household services Assist with travel planning, packing lists, and personal scheduling Handle purchases, returns, and other day-to-day logistical needs Help maintain an organized home and working environment Provide additional practical support as reasonable needs arise What We're Looking For Excellent organization and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, discreet, and trustworthy Strong written and verbal communication Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems independently Able to prioritize changing demands without losing attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential personal and business information Professional when communicating on my behalf Proficient with email, calendars, cloud storage, spreadsheets, and common productivity tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation [if required] Available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel [if required] Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, production assistant, or operations coordinator Experience in music, entertainment, events, hospitality, or another creative industry Familiarity with social media, content coordination, bookkeeping, or project-management tools Knowledge of the local music and nightlife scene Experience coordinating domestic or international travel What Success Looks Like The right person will bring structure to a busy creative schedule, anticipate needs, communicate consistently, protect confidential information, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
