Administrative Assistant

Nazareth CFC is seeking an Administrative Assistant This position is responsible for managing the front office at our administrative office.

Duties include:

Answering and directing calls. Greeting visitors and directing visitors. Oversee petty cash and ensure all documentation is accurate Review invoices and obtain appropriate signatures for payment. Scan invoices and assist in organizing documentation for permanent storage. Ensure all common spaces are clean, organized and presentable. Ensures office has all the needed supplies and completes orders as needed. Assist Director of Finance and other departments as needed. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and be fluent in the use of word and excel and must have the ability to learn new software with ease. Some experience is preferred. $500
