RESPONSIBLITIES
Must be able to work onsite and in the plant as required. Maintain and update QMS and QAD system, including work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, downtime logs, and asset records. Track and report machine downtime, maintenance KPIs, and corrective action status Track tooling usage, repairs, and inventory for dies, fixtures, and stamping tools. Maintain toolroom logs, tool life records, and documentation for tool changes or rebuild. Prepare and organize documents for audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, safety audits, customer audits). Complete Quality and Safety LPA's Ensure proper filing and retention of maintenance and tooling records. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication materials for department leadership. Assist with other office/administrative functions given by Plant Manager or Human Resources Manager. Punctual and regular attendance is required. The ability and willingness to work any shift assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to learn QAD database at a basic level Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level Excellent communication skills, both verbal, electronic and written Primary schedule is first shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with flexibility required as shift times may vary depending on operational and departmental needs. • This full-time, salary role is a part of our Maintenance & Toolroom team and reports to the Maintenance/Toolroom Manager.
