Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing files Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone Qualifications Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule while maintaining flexibility Join us in creating a welcoming environment where your organizational talents shine!
