The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: A thorough understanding of the role of a STEM specialist teacher and ability to deliver relevant and challenging lessons Understand the content of the STEM curriculum and create learning approaches that engage students, enhancing and enabling each student to learn Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build positive and cooperative relationships with students, parents and colleagues Commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all students, complying with all child safety policies Commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.
