This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with clients, managing front desk responsibilities, and supporting a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients while also assisting with administrative support, data entry, tax and accounting workflow organization, and general office operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. This position is expected to begin in July 2026 and averages approximately 40 hours per week, with potential for long-term growth opportunities based on performance. Responsibilities Greet clients and manage front desk operations in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with scheduling appointments Assist with client intake, document collection, and follow-up communications Organize, scan, upload, and maintain client files and records Perform data entry and assist with administrative support for tax and accounting projects Support the team with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax-related administrative tasks as needed Assist with office organization and day-to-day operations Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information Help ensure timely completion of office workflows and client requests Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and strong client service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and support a collaborative team environment Fluency in Arabic and English required due to client communication needs Spanish language skills are a plus What We Offer Paid leave On-the-job training Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands-on exposure to accounting and tax office operations Supportive and team-oriented work environment Learn more about us at www.atptaxllc.
