Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Fire Chief, Assistant Chiefs, and other department personnel as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of personnel attendance at fire calls, meetings, and training sessions, as well as preparing and distributing monthly and quarterly reports. This role also serves as a key point of contact between Fire Department administration and the public.
