About Us We're a new but growing traffic control company proudly partnering with DTE. Our team is dedicated, welcoming, and committed to maintaining efficient operations with integrity and attention to detail. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant committed to excellence to assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our business. Position Overview This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining organization, accuracy, and progress. You'll be working closely with our Executive Assistant to support payroll, onboarding, and other essential office operations. Responsibilities Assist with weekly payroll processing and data entry Support new hire onboarding and employee file maintenance Manage Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft 365 documents (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) Track and record important compliance data: drug screenings, union dues, benefits Handle scanning, faxing, emailing , and document management Provide general administrative support and backup assistance as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Clear communication and dependable follow-through Experience with payroll systems such as Paychex is a plus
QuickBooks Schedule Full-time:
Monday - Friday Compensation $22-$28 per hour, based on experience and skill level If you're upbeat with a can-do attitude, who adapts well to a quick-paced environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in personal excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
