Job Description

Essential Functions Employee will be working for a company that specializes in carpet, hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in the city of Anaheim. Respond to incoming phone calls and occasional walk-in customers
  • Provide customer services relative to customer orders and questions
  • Interface with customer to provide basic services and all follow-ups
  • Review and identify all income customer orders: email, fax, phone, mail, etc
  • Prepare invoices and packing lists for such customer orders
  • Follow up on outstanding/delinquent accounts
  • Maintain and organize customer accounting and profile records
  • Review and reconcile all outgoing orders and shipments
  • Coordinate and prepare orders for customers, review and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Maintaining orderly and clean working environment Minimum Requirements Must have prior work experience, and college degree helpful. Some construction background would be preferred . Basic Math Skills is necessary
  • Exceptional skills in writing and verbal communication
  • Professional and courteous attitude with high working ethics toward customers
  • Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Vigorous attention to details, and must be well organized
  • Excellent analytical skills in assessing issues, prioritize projects, and finalize solutions
  • Must be well presented "No visible Tattoos" Must be very well versed with computer skill and knowledge of applicable software
  • High proficiency with computer software (MS Office and Accounting)
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
