North is a leading property, and HOA management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant/Property Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property and HOA management services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering Calls:
Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. As the face of the company, it is important to assist all of our clients in a professional manner.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents. Must be detail oriented and able to follow tasks timely.
Delivering Notices:
Distribute important notices to residents, HOAs, and clients as required.
Scheduling and Follow-Up:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and performing follow-up checks to confirm work is done satisfactorily.
Running Errands:
Complete errands as needed to support office operations.
Lease Renewal, New Leases and Onboarding:
Assist in handling lease renewals and new tenant leases, including preparing and processing necessary paperwork. Along with onboarding new HOA's and properties.
Customer Service:
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and residents.
Qualifications:
Previous customer phone service experience is preferred. Real estate license preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to closely monitor calendar dates and follow up on assigned tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using office equipment and software for administrative tasks. Knowledge of Buildium and Clickup is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for running errands.
Benefits:
Competitive pay ranging from $18-25 per hour depending on experience. Full-time hours (40 hours per week). Opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team. Gain experience in the property and HOA management industry.
Start Date:
