Resource MFG is looking for an Administrative Assistant around the
Burgettstown Area:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$18/hour+ (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help streamline workflows. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency across departments by coordinating communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of internal processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Maintain workflow efficiency by analyzing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), including scheduling, communication, and documentation processes Coordinate internal and external resources to support project timelines and expedite workflows Serve as a central point of contact for the office by providing information, answering questions, and responding to staff and customer needs Assist in achieving organizational goals while following best practices Coordinate and track team input to ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects Proofread and track manufacturer programs and promotional materials Create, run, and troubleshoot reports and data sets Handle customer service calls and respond to feedback inquiries Record and document internal procedures Perform general administrative duties, including: Answering and directing phone calls Managing email, files, mailings, and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment Support staff and departments, including planning and coordinating on-site and off-site team events Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills #nowhiring #nowhiring
