BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience) combined with 5+ years of direct executive/senior leadership support experience, ideally managing multiple leaders with diverse styles in a fast-paced tech environment. Unwavering confidence and strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to hold your ground, push back strategically, and advocate effectively for your leaders' time and priorities. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of thriving in highly ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities with minimal guidance. Highly tech-savvy with a deep understanding of modern administrative tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize and "level up" operational workflows. Expert-level experience in complex executive meeting coordination, acting as the primary, highly professional point of contact for critical internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business development.Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience supporting senior leadership specifically within a fast-paced Product or Engineering organization. Advanced proficiency and power-user status with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
