Job Description

About the
Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to take ownership of office operations and compliance for a growing home care agency. This is not a basic administrative role. The right candidate will help build systems, ensure all files meet state requirements, and keep the business running in an organized, audit-ready manner.
What You'll Do:
Organize and maintain client and employee files to meet state regulations Identify gaps in documentation and ensure completion Develop and improve internal systems and workflows Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and required documentation Support overall office operations and help bring structure to a growing business
Who You Are:
Extremely detail-oriented and organized Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction Comfortable building systems and improving processes Confident in identifying issues and speaking up Experience in healthcare, home care, or a regulated environment preferred
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
