Job Summary and Qualifications An HCA Administrative Coordinator supports daily healthcare operations by managing schedules, supplies, patient flow, and communication, often specializing in areas like staffing, quality, or specific departments (e.g., Home Health, Trauma, Education) and requiring strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient, patient-focused care. Key duties include coordinating staff, handling patient/staff inquiries, managing records, processing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with specific tasks varying by unit. Key Responsibilities Staff & Scheduling Operations Support Patient & Communication Reporting & Data Department-Specific Duties Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's preferred. A min of one (1) year of progressive administrative or office management experience. Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., Patient Tracking, HealthStream). Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
