Transactional Attorney

We've partnered with a well-established, full-service law firm in Northwest Florida that is actively looking to add an experienced Transactional Attorney to its growing team. The firm has a strong regional presence and a diverse practice, with particular depth in real estate and business transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated transactional work, values autonomy, and is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and review real estate transactional documents Handle asset and equity purchase and sale agreements Prepare and structure business entity formation and organisational documents Manage probate administration matters Draft estate planning documents, including wills and trusts Negotiate transactional terms and support deal execution Work both independently and collaboratively across matters Qualifications 5-7+ years of relevant transactional legal experience (flexible for strong candidates) Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Demonstrated experience across real estate and business transactions Exposure to estate planning and probate is strongly preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $100,000+, with flexibility based on experience Performance-based bonus structure Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability coverage 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Paid time off Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule In-person role based in Destin, FL Professional, team-oriented setting with strong long-term growth potential #INDW3
