We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Oakdale Behavioral Health Clinic. Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol, drugs, or gambling) for both adults and children.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Serve as clinic operator/receptionist within ImCal's satellite clinics. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Operate and maintain various office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, fax machine, computers, laptop computers, projector, cameras, etc. Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services. Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.

Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
