Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual [English/ Spanish] Administrative Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Burlington, WI. As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing information and assistance to the general public, clients, visitors, and other interested parties. Echo Lake Foods is a leading manufacturer of ready-to-eat egg products and breakfast foods, including waffles, pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, omelets, and egg patties, serving major retail, foodservice, and national restaurant customers across the United States.   • Friday 8:00 AM

PM Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries and provide information regarding activities conducted at our establishment.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate departments, offices, and employees within the organization.
  • Assist with mail pickup / distribution
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks, including copying, sorting mail, and postage
  • Creating daily labor schedule
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

HR Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) Required
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-lined phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available to run ad-hoc errands as needed.
