  • Crawfordsville Sylvia's Child Advocacy Center Boone County Jail And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort We're currently seeking a Administrative Front Office Coordinator to join our Lebanon office.
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, reliable, self-motivated person who can multitask and provide a positive experience for our clients as you assist them in checking in and completing their registration. This is a full-time position 40 hours per week.
Work hours are:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain good working relationships with each member of the admin team. Greet and check in clients for their appointments Collect payment from clients at the time of service and post payment. Schedule clients for follow-up visits Verify insurance benefits accurately and verbally explain those benefits to the client. Scanning Insurance denial follow-up Assists with special projects; audits, reporting, research, etc. Maintains departmental and/or individual work queues and reports as required. Documents patient account notes for all interactions/transactions. Maintains productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
