About the Role As an Administrative HR Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our office, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and staff. This position is designed for an organized professional who is eager to facilitate efficient HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture through effective communication and meticulous record-keeping. Responsibilities Manage the front office reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Oversee incoming communications by routing calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments with efficiency. Streamline HR administrative workflows by managing digital and physical filing systems and performing accurate data entry. Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle by scheduling interviews and maintaining consistent communication with prospective talent. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by preparing essential documentation and assisting with new hire orientations. Maintain the integrity of personnel records and sensitive HR documentation with high levels of confidentiality. Provide comprehensive clerical support to the HR team to drive operational excellence across the department. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain discretion regarding confidential information. Proven organizational abilities and a high degree of attention to detail. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a professional administrative, receptionist, or human resources support capacity. Additional coursework or certification in Human Resources or Business Administration. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
