Administrative Office Associate Staffmark Group $19.00-$19.00 paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Illinois, Naperville May 13, 2026 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an Administrative Office Associate for our client located in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for supporting general office functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations during the workday. Must be able to start the workday at 6:30AM In-office (no option for Hybrid or Remote).
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, document management, and report preparation
  • Provide administrative support across multiple functions as assigned
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Assist with internal coordination, scheduling, and communication as needed
  • Support office operations by managing routine administrative workflows
  • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously with attention to detail and timeliness
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
  • Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
