Job Description

About the Role Copia Farm is looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to help keep our fast-moving farm business organized and on track. This is a hands-on support role for someone who is detail-oriented, steady, and good at follow-through. You will help with communication, scheduling, task tracking, basic reporting, invoicing support, and operational coordination. This is not a corporate desk job, but it also is not a farm labor role. It is best for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping a very busy small business run smoothly. What You'll Do Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups Help organize calendars, communication, and priorities Follow up with team members, vendors, contractors, and partners Capture verbal requests and turn them into clear tasks Help maintain Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and shared systems Support invoicing, reporting, order coordination, and admin workflows Keep information organized so things do not fall through the cracks What We're Looking For Naturally organized and consistent Strong attention to detail Good follow-through Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, email, and Slack Able to manage multiple small tasks at once Self-directed once trained Positive, steady, and low-drama Experience Prior admin, office, operations, scheduling, or coordinator experience preferred Strong computer and communication skills required Experience in a small business, farm, food business, or fast-moving environment is a plus Important This role requires someone who is naturally organized and consistent. If follow-up, details, and task tracking are not strengths for you, this will not be the right fit. About Copia Farm Copia Farm is a regenerative farm producing nutrient-dense food for our community. We are growing quickly and need strong support behind the scenes to help the business operate smoothly.
