Administrative Support Specialist

We have a full-time opening for an Administrative Support Specialist. The dynamic professional we select will handle contract renewals, incoming customer calls, service commercial and residential accounts, and troubleshoot issues, providing support for an administrative team handling multiple lines of business and locations. Requirements include computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task a wide variety of daily responsibilities in an efficient manner. Position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and will perform basic accounts receivable duties, respond to customer requests, daily data reconciliation and entry, report management and contract renewals. Experience in collections is preferred. Position will be 8 hours a day Monday-Friday & an occasional Saturday.
