Job Description

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable owning the full employee lifecycle, supporting staffing needs, and guiding leaders through policy, compliance, and people decisions. The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in strengthening processes and supporting long-term business stability. This company operates in the manufacturing, supporting high-volume production in a regulated environment. The organization values consistency, accountability, and trust, with a culture focused on doing things the right way and applying policies fairly. Leadership is collaborative and hands-on, and employees are encouraged to speak up, ask questions, and challenge outdated processes. This role is fully onsite at the company's Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. This Human Resources Manager role offers the opportunity to fully own HR operations and partner closely with executive leadership during a period of transition and growth. You will have visibility, autonomy, and the ability to make meaningful improvements to staffing, compensation, and HR processes. Job Type:
Full-Time, Direct Hire HR Manager Responsibilities :
Lead all human resources functions including staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Serve as the primary HR partner for leadership and managers across the organization Develop, maintain, and interpret HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook Manage compensation analysis, benchmarking, and workforce planning initiatives Oversee HR systems, reporting, and continuous process improvements
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, day shift
Salary :
$100-120k, based on experience
HR Manager Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience Broad HR generalist background across the full employee lifecycle Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments preferred Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with leadership and hold boundaries
