Job Description

Administrative Coordinator / Technical Support Specialist A growing security systems and technology company is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator / Technical Support Specialist to join its team. This role is ideal for someone interested in the security and technology field who enjoys helping customers and providing outstanding community service. Responsibilities Answer and manage high-volume phone calls Provide basic technical support, including password resets and troubleshooting system issues Determine when technician dispatch is needed Schedule sales, installation, and service appointments Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with billing, office administration, and daily operations Qualifications Administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong technical aptitude and computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is a plus Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
