Job Overview & Work Site:
Position Overview:
Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules. Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients. Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.
License & Experience:
Requirements:
Available to work Monday-Friday Strong communication skills. Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks. An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required. Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.
