Oversee all Faith Home Adult & Teen Challenge (FHATC) accounting functions and either perform or supervise all financial activities of the ministry. Ensure all accounting procedures comply with FHATC policies and Adult & Teen Challenge USA standards. 2. Assist the Executive Director in preparing the ministry's annual budget and support Leadership Team members in developing departmental budgets. 3. Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled monthly and that accurate financial statements are prepared and distributed in a timely manner. 4. Serve as the primary liaison with the ministry's independent CPA firm. 5. Supervise employees responsible for Human Resources functions and ensure HR processes are administered appropriately. 6. Monitor daily ministry cash flow and assist in making decisions regarding bill payments under the guidance of the Executive Director. 7. Oversee accounting and financial processes related to FHATC events. 8. Manage and oversee the ministry's insurance programs and related requirements. 9. Ensure all Welfare Exemption Forms, Business Licenses, Resale Licenses, and other required filings remain current and compliant. 10. Prepare and provide month-end financial reports to the Executive Director, assist with Board meeting agendas, and distribute reports to Board members. 11. Serve as the FHATC liaison with the IT Specialist to help ensure the effective operation of ministry computers, software, and network systems. 12. Coordinate with marketing contractors to support newsletter production and maintain current website content. 13. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. 14. Oversee the purchasing and inventory of office supplies. 15. Manage business operations accounts and systems, including VOIP phone services, Connecteam, QuickBooks Online, and other business platforms as assigned. 16. Maintain donor management software, records, and related data systems. 17. Collaborate with external partners regarding grant funding, reporting requirements, and recordkeeping. Requirements 1. A mature Christian with demonstrated character, integrity, and professional objectivity who is in agreement with the mission, purpose, and Tenets of Faith of Adult & Teen Challenge. 2. Bookkeeping and administrative experience and/or training required. Must possess at least a high school diploma, be proficient with computers, and be familiar with standard office equipment and software. 3. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with others while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and composure. 4. Maintains high standards of personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance, including adherence to established guidelines regarding dress and grooming. 5. A self-motivated individual who requires minimal day-to-day supervision and demonstrates initiative, efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. 6. Active member of a local church.
