The Administrative Associate reports to the Foundation president and is responsible for providing administrative support to the president and Trustees, as well as managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, correspondence, event planning, accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, grantee and grants management, reporting, creating presentations and digital media development.
