About the job In this role, you will serve as a critical partner to GDM's leaders and decision-makers, proactively curating an optimal environment and equipping them through skilled expertise, adaptable solutions, and timely support. As part of the Administrative Business Partner team, your focus will be to support up to three leaders by strategically managing day-to-day operational needs and assisting with projects that drive team and company priorities. This position offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating with both locally and globally distributed teams. You will be supporting and enabling others, motivated by leader support, and a strong problem-solvers who anticipate needs without guidance. You will be highly organized and adept at managing priorities, capable of efficiently juggling multiple deadlines and tasks while thoughtfully managing expectations. You bring administrative excellence with acute, exceptional attention to detail, alongside strong communication skills, active listening, and a high emotional quotient (EQ). Responsibilities Manage complex, multi-time-zone schedules and co-ordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and transport. Build strong relationships with leadership by anticipating needs, prioritizing critical tasks, and proposing solutions to facilitate effective decision-making. Streamline processes to improve efficiency while managing financial administration, including expense claims, purchase orders, and contracts. Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas and documentation, tracking deliverables, capturing action items, and serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across the organization. Draft team communications and execute seamless internal and external events, ranging from seminars and talks to off-sites and visitor arrangements.
