Minimum qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones. Ability to partner effectively with direct, results-oriented leaders in a fast-paced environment, operating autonomously and anticipating needs using context clues. Excellent organizational skills to seamlessly manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and build strategic relationships. About the job Search Platforms is the core infrastructure organization that powers Google Search. Within this dynamic organization, the AI Developer Platform team is on a critical mission to build the developer tools, experimentation frameworks, and platforms that enable artificial intelligence to succeed at a global scale within Search. As an Administrative Business Partner on the AI Developer Platform team, you will play a critical role supporting the Engineering Director and two other senior executives. Stepping into this dynamic environment offers an up-close, strategic view of the infrastructure, business, and leadership that drives the future of Search. You will join an administrative team focused on execution and partnership. In this role, you will partner with colleagues to manage daily business operations and maintain a positive working environment. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Act as a strategic business partner, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. Execute administrative operations autonomously in a fluid environment, acting swiftly to problem-solve and prioritize competing demands. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, exercising impeccable judgment and confidentiality across all business matters. Navigate ambiguity with meticulous attention to detail, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and implement new technologies.
