Exempt Salary Range:
$90,000-$100,000 annually, DOE Moldaw Residences is excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Director of Resident Services & Experience. This new leadership position will oversee Resident Services, Concierge/Front Desk, and Transportation and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, responsive, and exceptional experience for our residents and families. What You'll Do- Lead and support the Resident Services, Concierge/Front Desk, and Transportation teams.
- Oversee the new resident move-in, orientation, and transition experience.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families and assist with complex or unresolved concerns.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure resident needs are appropriately addressed and followed through.
- Develop and maintain service standards that promote resident satisfaction, hospitality, and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to improve resident services and the overall resident experience.
- Maintain a visible and approachable leadership presence throughout the community. Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare administration, property management, or a related service-oriented environment.
- 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
