SMART Safety Group is seeking an experienced Director of Administration to lead and optimize all administrative operations across our organization. This strategic leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with expertise in administrative management and team development, dedicated to optimizing processes, and prepared to drive and support sustainable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight of administrative functions, including finance, HR, and operational support. Manage contracts, corporate policies, and insurance renewals to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. Direct planning and execution of major corporate events and conferences. Streamline inter-departmental communication and IT support coordination. Lead organizational strategic projects and technology implementations to enhance administrative efficiency. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and optimize service agreements. Cultivate a high-performing administrative team through training, delegation, and succession planning. Why Join Us? Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in an administrative management role at the senior or director level. Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight coupled with compliance knowledge, including California wage and hour laws, leave of absence regulations (CFRA, FMLA, PDL), Cal/OSHA safety requirements. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead strategic initiatives and implement technology-driven solutions.
