About the
Role:
High end property management company in Aspen, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role combines client and employee coordination with financial responsibilities, including billing, vendor invoicing, and payroll support. The ideal candidate thrives at multi-tasking and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
  • Strong QuickBooks and email communication skills
  • Preparation of client invoices
  • Track vendor deposits and AP/AR
  • Support payroll processing, including review of timesheets
  • Coordinate daily bank deposits and transactions
  • Work closely with Controller, Director of Operations, and Director of Housekeeping
  • Client correspondence and communication
  • Other administrative tasks, including maintenance of employee data and benefits
