Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a qualified construction superintendent as the on-site leader responsible for daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and according to plans. They will manage subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, and resolve technical issues, acting as the general contractor's primary representative in the field

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Directs all daily construction activities, including directing crews and managing subcontractors.

Scheduling & Production:

Controls the short-term, day-to-day schedule to meet long-term project deadlines.

Safety Compliance:

Ensures strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.

Quality Control:

Inspects work to ensure compliance with blueprints, building codes, and quality standards.

Coordination:

Coordinates material deliveries and equipment usage.

Documentation:

Maintains daily logs of site progress, labor hours, and materials used.

Qualifications:

5-8 years: Experience in high end residential construction

Systems:

Experience using MS Products such as Project, Excel, etc. Procore is a bonus but not necessary.

Qualities:

Seeking a positive, motivated individual to be a team player in a fast paced, growing work environment, a self starter and solution finder who can support the team on-site.
