Master's degree is preferred. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Key competencies include:
Leadership, Results Orientation, Continuous Improvement, Operations, Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Talent Development and Regulatory Compliance. Ideal candidates will have experience with the evolving needs and specific challenges for individuals served as it pertains to transportation, support services, health and wellness and programming. The ED must exhibit high standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, respect, and professionalism, as well as exercise good judgment in organization management; respond well in a crisis, accept and promote change and seek training and educational opportunities. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
