Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cash Manager to oversee cash management activities across a multi-property hotel portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate cash positioning, optimizing liquidity, and maintaining strong internal controls. The Senior Cash Manager will partner closely with property leadership and accounting teams to support daily operations while driving efficiency and consistency in cash processes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash positioning across all properties, ensuring accurate visibility into cash balances and liquidity needs Monitor and manage bank accounts, including transfers, reconciliations, and account maintenance Partner with property leadership and accounting teams to forecast short
  • and long-term cash needs Execute and review cash transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies Maintain and strengthen internal controls related to cash handling and treasury functions Support month-end and year-end close processes related to cash and banking activity Assist in developing and implementing standardized cash management procedures across the portfolio Collaborate with finance and property teams to improve cash flow, reduce risk, and enhance reporting accuracy Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with account setup, modifications, and compliance requirements Prepare cash reporting and analysis for senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 3-5+ years of experience in cash management, treasury, or accounting, preferably within hospitality or a multi-entity environment Strong understanding of cash controls, banking operations, and reconciliation processes Experience working with multiple bank accounts and high transaction volumes Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with hotel systems or ERP platforms preferred Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with property leadership and cross-functional teams High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information Benefits
